While the high-minded, shamefully ignorant liberal western world has indignation apoplexy over the sleep deprivation of Binyam Mohamed, the below is how his own brand of law would deal with him if they thought he had overstepped the mark under their legal “jurisdiction” – sharia.

Islamic sharia law is cruel, barbaric and bad for all societies:
Traditional Muslims who understand the Quran and the hadith believe that sharia (Islamic law) expresses the highest and best goals for all societies. It is the will of Allah (Muslim God).
The following points quote the Quran or omit it; sometimes they quote the hadith (reports of Muhammad’s words and actions outside of the Quran) or omit it. This is done only to keep down the length of the article. No one should be fooled into believing that these harsh and excessive laws were invented in the fevered imagination of extremists who came long after Muhammad. These harsh and excessive laws come directly from the founder of Islam in his Quran and in his example in the hadith.
Each of these reasons has a back up article (or more) that is long and well documented with quotations and references to the Quran, the hadith and classical legal opinions. The supporting articles also examine the historical and literary context of each Quranic verse.
It must be pointed out that these harsh laws are not (or should not be) imposed outside of an Islamic court of law. Careful legal hurdles must be passed before the punishments are carried out. However, even in that case, it will become clear to anyone who thinks clearly that these punishments and policies are excessive by their very nature, and excess is never just.
Reasons why sharia law is bad for all societies.
1) Islam commands that drinkers and gamblers should be whipped.
2) Islam allows husbands to beat their wives.
3) Islam commands that thieves must have a hand cut off.
4) Islam commands that gays must be killed.
5) Muslim men allowed to have up to four wives.
6) Muslim men allowed to marry girls as young as one years old and have some sexual relations with her. Then allowed to consummate the marriage when the girl is nine years old.
7) Islam orders unmarried fornicators to be whipped and adulterers to be stoned to death.
8) Islam orders the death of Muslims and non Muslims for criticising Muhammad, the Quran and even sharia law itself.
9) Islam orders apostates to be killed.
10) Islam commands offensive, aggressive and unjust war against non Muslims.

Christian teacher ‘forced out’ after complaining Muslim pupils praised 9/11 hijackers ‘as heroes’

A Christian teacher yesterday claimed he was forced out of his job after complaining that Muslim pupils as young as eight hailed the September 11 hijackers as heroes.
Nicholas Kafouris, 52, is suing his former school for racial discrimination.
He told a tribunal that he had to leave his £30,000-a-year post because he would not tolerate the ‘racist’ and ‘anti-Semitic’ behaviour of Year 4 pupils.
The predominantly Muslim youngsters openly praised Islamic extremists in class and described the September 11 terrorists as ‘heroes and martyrs’.
One pupil said: ‘Don’t touch me, you’re a Christian’ when he brushed against him.
Others said: ‘We want to be Islamic bombers when we grow up’, and ‘The Christians and Jews are our enemies – you too because you’re a Christian’.
Mr Kafouris, a Greek Cypriot, taught for 12 years at Bigland Green Primary School in Tower Hamlets, East London.

He will be standing down in order to try to win a neighbouring seat in 2010, to be replaced in Bethnal & Bow by a Muslim prospective candidate.
