Deniers deny … people die
Today’s terrorism is all about Iraq, isn’t it?
That’s right. It isn’t.

This excerpt – “It’s All About Iraq, Isnt It?” - is at the bottom of the present home page at The Religion of Peace, and I have reproduced it below. It might be tough reading for those who think hanging is too good for the arch-villains Blair & Bush – the main “causes” of all this murder of innocents. Presumably, since such people in Britain and the west see NO danger in creeping sharia or our parliament’s gradual take-over from within (as mentioned today by Jim Fitzpatrick a British government minister, no less) the haters of Blair & Bush will be content to wait for a decade or so. Then, with a bit of luck, disembowelling might be the preferred punishment meted out to “infidels” by our once-western governments. With a stoning and hanging just to make sure.
The deniers can deny to their shallow hearts’ content. The truth, for those who are REALLY interested in TRUTH, and not in laying the blame for all the world’s catastrophes at the feet of western politicians, is historical and provable.
WHERE ARE TODAY’S COURAGEOUS POLITICIANS?
WHERE? MESSRS BROWN, CAMERON, CLEGG… WHERE?
Some of us – a comparative few – have known for some years, even decades that courageous politicians would be needed to tackle fundamentalist religious/political terrorism whether emanating from individuals, dictatorships, rogue states, autonomous organisations, factions of factions or even democratic Islamic states.
When we found such politicians in the west, and watched the murder of innocent Muslims by other Muslims, we immediately denounced the western politicians as pro-war, pro-USA’s geo-political interests, pro-Israel, pro-New World Order as well as anti-Arab, anti-Palestinian, anti-Iraqi, anti-freedom, anti-humanity. And we disparaged their every motive.
We were wrong of course. There is little, very little attention paid to the fact that here in the west, or at least in Britain, our freedom of speech ALLOWS us, journalist and armchair generals all, to opine in ways which would bring severe punishment, including death on our equivalent free speakers in many Middle East countries.
There is also very little attention paid to the instruction that the koran is immutable. It cannot be altered. It cannot be updated. It cannot have its words of violence relegated to an earlier time. It IS a living book. And its words of hatred and death to disbelievers apply today as they did 1600 years ago.
Now courage needs to be shown from ALL sides.
WHERE ARE THE ISLAMIC LEADERS CALLING FOR A HALT TO THIS DAILY CARNAGE? WHERE?
Where are the courageous Islamic leaders today? Where are those starting a multi-faith organisation with the aim of working towards a more compassionate, less ideologically indoctrinated future, where ALL religions can work alongside one another in mutual respect, tolerance and NON-VIOLENCE? Where is the Muslim equivalent of this organisation?
There are those who criticise my blog’s tendency to alternate between the narrative of supporting Tony Blair and his record on the one hand, and on the other hand raising my serious concerns about Islamist militancy, seemingly unbound, even in the west.
I’ve had e-mails and comments to the effect that Tony Blair would never insinuate that ALL Muslims are terrorists, and that as a supporter of his nor should I.
Let me make one thing clear -
THEY’RE right. Blair doesn’t EVER so insinuate, and nor do I.
But while those on the liberal left, right and centre of western politics continue to deny that Islamic fundamentalists are behind almost all of the world’s present terrorist attacks, I WILL CONTINUE to show them the facts – Tony Blair supporters or not.

About the List of Terrorist Attacks by Muslims
“The spread of Islam was military. There is a tendency to
apologize for this and we should not. It is one of the
injunctions of the Qur’an that you must fight to spread Islam.”

1. Muslim voters’ loyalty to Labour
Excerpt:
The Iraq war was supposed to have poisoned Labour‘s relations with British Muslims. Tony Blair’s apparently unqualified support for a bellicose Republican administration despised around the Muslim world was deeply unpalatable. Years of anti-terror legislation were judged by some to have stigmatised Muslims and fanned Islamophobic flames. The government’s attempt to outlaw religious hate speech was seen, by sceptics at least, as simply a desperate, ill-thought through peace offering with which they might woo disaffected Muslim supporters.
According to new Theos/ComRes research, however, no wooing is necessary. If there were a general election tomorrow, 35% of voting Muslims (meaning those Muslims who claim they are more likely than not to vote) would vote Labour. This compares with 22% of voting Christians and 23% of the entire voting population. By comparison, whereas 30% of the voting population would tick the Conservative box, only 13% of voting Muslims would do so.

3. How to stifle free speech
Excerpt:
But even in the West, freedom is an endowment, not an entitlement. Generation after generation must have the courage to defend what we used to call, without embarrassment, “the blessings of liberty.”
That means recognizing that a war is being waged against what we used to call, also without embarrassment, the Free World. This war is being waged by an enemy many are reluctant to name: Islamists. They are fighting not only with AK-47s and I.E.D.s in such places as Afghanistan and Somalia. They also are fighting with actions, ideas and laws in such places as Europe and America. They are fighting a pitched battle against freedom of speech — the right without which other rights cannot be protected.
And, at this moment, the West is putting up a feeble defense. We are accepting government prohibitions on the thoughts we may express, we are allowing extremists to shout us down and shut us up, and we are self-censoring out of fear or faux-sensitivity. A few examples?
Start with the Dutch government’s prosecution of Geert Wilders, a Member of Parliament who has expressed unfavorable opinions of the Islamic faith and the Koran. Such views may cause offense. But they cannot be criminalized in any country that values freedom.

I think Blair agrees with you over these Islamist terrorists. He has been saying for yrs this terrorism isn’t our fault it has been germinating for a long time in some muslim minds and has spread far and wide unfortunately though like churchill in 30′s nobody is listening and we all know what disaster came when churchill wasn’t listened to. Some people in the West will never learn.

“To associate two radically opposed concepts, Islam and terror, seems nowadays to be considered a ‘natural’ reaction to comtemporary events; thus we feel that we are an under obligation to bring these two different terms together in our paper. The aim of this paper is to show that there is no direct relation between them. To do this we focus mainly on the question: what is the meaning of terror? We examine what Islam says about terror; the relationship between the notion of jihad and Islam; the status of suicide attacks in Islam; and the false justification of war in the modern world, which can only pave the way for terrorist actions………….”
