Bin Laden: Blair NOT to blame for terror attacks (official!)

A regular commenter here, Arlene, just sent me this from the Jerusalem Post.

On October 7, 2001, less than a month after the devastating attacks carried out by Islamic extremists in New York and Washington, Osama bin Laden announced to the world by videotape that the reason for the terror was to avenge “the humiliation and disgrace” that Islam suffered for “more than 80 years.”
The article rightly argues that Israel is NOT to blame for all the probems of the Middle East. There are some who have been known to comment here at tis blog who need to be reminded of that.
For the same reasons it is also the case that the west is NOT to blame for the terror attacks inflicted on the west. It seems SO self-evident – like the utter evil of blaming a woman for being raped – as to hardly need saying.
(Of course, in fundamental Islam a woman IS often blamed, stoned, even killed for being raped. Any connection here with their “victim v blame” culture? )
Sadly the west has become so disorientated and lost within its own ‘liberalism’ that this DOES need to be said, over and over.
As it is the eighth anniversary of 9/11 it is well worth reminding the naysayers WHY Islamist fundamentalists attacked the west and continue to do so.

IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH TONY BLAIR (OR GEORGE BUSH)
What IS true, as Mr Blair pointed out to us years ago that these poeple will use any justification for their acts of terror and jihad against the west.
And many in the west STILL swallow their lies whole.
