Why don’t they go for the real terrorists and murderers who are trying to infiltrate and change the enlightened western world as we know it?” and “The best there’s been since I grew up and I’m nearly 70 now. ‘Tis a pity that some have just never grown up at all.” and “Tony Blair was an excellent PM and the world holds him in high esteem.” and “You were a great Prime Minister, you did your best and a strong Aly of America.”

HE’S STARTED – “THE UNAVOIDABLE BUDGET”
Andrew Sparrow’s Live update at The Guardian is invariably a useful hang-out, particularly if you want fact rather than opinion. He does make a few comments as things develop, but not usually of the partisan Mail type, or on the other side, of the type usually beloved by many Guardian writers.
Yes, I know, the Guardian USED to be Labour, until they jumped into Clegg’s boat, a few months ago! They’re going to have some fun working out their position on the Budget and other things as time goes on, I’m sure.
Now that we have been told that we are all in the same **i* boat, it’s great to know that whatever happens we’re all equally to blame if/when it all goes wrong.
So it’s OUR responsibility.
Got it? OK. Good.
