A NASTY RUMOUR

Yet again the online conspiracy theorists must be at it again. I’ve had a lot of clicks to this page today. This is my way of monitoring what’s of interest, and apart from election fever, the possibility of a “false flag” operation is evidently high in some minds. In a fortnight’s time, to be exact. I think there is a simple explanation for this.

This date -19th October 2007 – is referred to as the date in a fake documentary about the assassination of George W. Bush.

“Death Of A President” – a British production – is a movie which has divided critics, as you might imagine. Partly due to the subject matter, the killing of a U.S. president while in office, and partly due to the usage of archival footage for dramatic purposes.

It seems this film could never have been made in the USA! What? the land of the free? But, of course, I’d forgotten that THIS, the UK is the land of the REALLY free, (despite Mr Blair’s best efforts)!

THE REAL LAND OF THE FREE

Here you can hold speeches in Hyde Park, putting down our Queen, and calling for our PM (about to become a peace envoy) to be brought home from the Middle East in a body bag. This was in June 2007.

You can brainwash little lads in Mosques up and down the country, knowing that NO-ONE will prevent you, because your community’s vote is too valuable, and no government wants to upset any particular community.

You can set up the worldwide base of a pseudo-terrorist organisation such as the 55 year old Hizb-ut-Tahrir, which calls for a worldwide caliphate which will destroy democracy, banish (or worse) elected representatives, ban freedom of religion, and replace our legal system with a medieval sharia system. As long as you insist that the organisation is for teaching & learning purposes only, park it here in London. Why not? You’re welcome.

Of course it can have its worldwide HQ in London, though most other civilised countries ban it.

2nd July, 2007RENOUNCE TERROR – says former terrorist

In yesterday’ s Observer, Hassan Butt, a past member of the radical group Al-Muhajiroun, tells other extremists why he had it all wrong.

Excerpt:

“When I was still a member of what is probably best termed the British Jihadi Network, a series of semi-autonomous British Muslim terrorist groups linked by a single ideology, I remember how we used to laugh in celebration whenever people on TV proclaimed that the sole cause for Islamic acts of terror like 9/11, the Madrid bombings and 7/7 was Western foreign policy.By blaming the government for our actions, those who pushed the ‘Blair’s bombs’ line did our propaganda work for us. More important, they also helped to draw away any critical examination from the real engine of our violence: Islamic theology.”

I don’t really know why I’m bothering; perhaps in the hope that one of these days SOME of you will come round to understanding what it’s all about. You might be more willing to open your minds, now that the other ‘enemy’, Blair, isn’t around for you to kick.

TERRORIST ATTACKS IN LONDON & GLASGOW

After a baptism of fire for the ‘new’ government, they have held three COBRA meetings over the last three days. Wonder if this will become the habit – a meeting a day – until they get the hang of it.

I don’t say that Mr Blair would have done anything any differently, and they DO have some old hands in there from Blair’s government, BUT why is all of this such a big surprise?

On 22nd April, the Sunday Times ran a story foretelling an attack by Al Qaeda in Europe “on a par with Hiroshima & Nagasaki”. Perhaps the wording was SO over the top that no-one took any notice. Anyway, THAT has obviously not yet happened.

But there was also a second plot, to coincide with Tony Blair stepping down as PM, an event described by Al-Qaeda planners as a “change in the head of the company”.

THAT should have been given more serious consideration. I’ve already expressed my dissatisfaction on this blog about the personal security afforded (or not) to Mr Blair at Kings Cross on Wednesday. Given the warning on the changeover it is interesting that these three events were not, it seems, on the security services radar.Going for a Scottish airport is interesting – though a relative of mine in Scotland says he thinks the terrorists may have made for the wrong airport. They probably meant to hit Edinburgh – home of the new PM. Still, getting the city of his birth is almost as effective.

So are the security services keeping an eye on our infrastructure systems right now? I hope so. Closing an airport or two or keeping cars out of London late at night, will not be sufficient. The focus, if it is still here, will surely shift. I expect the anti-terrorist units to be aware of this. Bottled water, anyone?

Well there’s been a bit of a tremor in Kent, and apart from few shaky opinion polls for Brown, I haven’t noticed the bomb go off. How the conspiracy theorists must be sick of the lack of quaking. It hasn’t happened; they got it wrong AGAIN. If ONLY they’d been right. We might all be dead, but, hey, so what!? They’d have got SOMEthing right. Worth dying for.

Last Sunday the Sunday Times ran the story of an Al Qaeda attack or perhaps two.

One, on “a par with Hiroshima and Nagasaki” would be an attempt to “shake the Roman throne”, taken as a reference to the West, but not naming the UK. A second plot was to coincide with Tony Blair stepping down as prime minister, an event described by Al-Qaeda planners as a “change in the head of the company”.

The report was compiled by the Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre (JTAC) – based at MI5’s London headquarters – and provides a quarterly review of the international terror threat to Britain.

So those leakers get everywhere, don’t they – and yet it has all gone terribly quiet since then. Apart, that is, from the usual suspects thinking it has all been invented by the government so that Tony Blair can declare martial law, thus keeping Brown out of Number 10. Thus the false flag action.

Can’t decide whether to laugh or cry …

  • Al-Qaeda ‘planning big British attack’

AL-QAEDA leaders in Iraq are planning the first “large-scale” terrorist attacks on Britain and other western targets with the help of supporters in Iran, according to a leaked intelligence report.
Spy chiefs warn that one operative had said he was planning an attack on “a par with Hiroshima and Nagasaki” in an attempt to “shake the Roman throne”, a reference to the West.
Another plot could be timed to coincide with Tony Blair stepping down as prime minister, an event described by Al-Qaeda planners as a “change in the head of the company”.
The report, produced earlier this month and seen by The Sunday Times, appears to provide evidence that Al-Qaeda is active in Iran and has ambitions far beyond the improvised attacks it has been waging against British and American soldiers in Iraq.
There is no evidence of a formal relationship between Al-Qaeda, a Sunni group, and the Shi’ite regime of President Mah-moud Ahmadinejad, but experts suggest that Iran’s leaders may be turning a blind eye to the terrorist organisation’s activities.
The intelligence report also makes it clear that senior Al-Qaeda figures in the region have been in recent contact with operatives in Britain.
It follows revelations last year that up to 150 Britons had travelled to Iraq to fight as part of Al-Qaeda’s “foreign legion”. A number are thought to have returned to the UK, after receiving terrorist training, to form sleeper cells.
The report was compiled by the Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre (JTAC) – based at MI5’s London headquarters – and provides a quarterly review of the international terror threat to Britain. It draws a distinction between Osama Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda’s core leadership, who are thought to be hiding on the Afghan-Pakistan border, and affiliated organisations elsewhere.
The document states: “While networks linked to AQ [Al-Qaeda] Core pose the greatest threat to the UK, the intelligence during this quarter has highlighted the potential threat from other areas, particularly AQI [Al-Qaeda in Iraq].”
The report continues: “Recent reporting has described AQI’s Kurdish network in Iran planning what we believe may be a large-scale attack against a western target.
“A member of this network is reportedly involved in an operation which he believes requires AQ Core authorisation. He claims the operation will be on ‘a par with Hiroshima and Naga-saki’ and will ‘shake the Roman throne’. We assess that this operation is most likely to be a large-scale, mass casualty attack against the West.”
The report says there is “no indication” this attack would specifically target Britain, “although we are aware that AQI . . . networks are active in the UK”.
Analysts believe the reference to Hiroshima and Naga-saki, where more than 200,000 people died in nuclear attacks on Japan at the end of the second world war, is unlikely to be a literal boast.
“It could be just a reference to a huge explosion,” said a counter-terrorist source. “They [Al-Qaeda] have got to do something soon that is radical otherwise they start losing credibility.”
Despite aspiring to a nuclear capability, Al-Qaeda is not thought to have acquired weapons grade material. However, several plots involving “dirty bombs” – conventional explosive devices surrounded by radioactive material – have been foiled.
Last year Al-Qaeda’s leader in Iraq called on nuclear scientists to apply their knowledge of biological and radiological weapons to “the field of jihad”.
Details of a separate plot to attack Britain, “ideally” before Blair steps down this summer, were contained in a letter written by Abdul al-Hadi al-Iraqi, an Iraqi Kurd and senior Al-Qaeda commander.
According to the JTAC document, Hadi “stressed the need to take care to ensure that the attack was successful and on a large scale”. The plan was to be relayed to an Iran-based Al-Qaeda facilitator.
The Home Office declined to comment.

Noble Resolve 07: Four days of “simulated” nuclear terrorist scenarios in the US & Europe

From April, 23 to April 27, the elite echelon of the military are running Noble Resolve 07, a four-day marathon of “simulated” terror attacks across the US and Europe. This includes a simulated detonation of a “loose” ten-kiloton nuclear weapon Virginia harbor, smuggled in by a “foreign nation.”

This week Dick Cheney has also been warning of the “very real” threat of a nuclear attack on an American city. Could the Nobel Resolve drills be used as a screen for a false-flag attack to be blamed on Iran, Hezbollah, Al-Qaeda, or sheep-dipped Americans like Adam Gadahn?

The drills are being run by Joint Task Force Command (JTFCOM), Northern Command (NORTHCOM), J9 Joint Innovation and Experimentation Directorate, FEMA’s command bunker, the Department of Homeland Security, and Virginia police.

The US Marines are also running “Emerald Express 07” in Virginia on April 24 as part of their Urban Warrior 07 drill package.

It is important to note the “Nobel Resolve” drills are dominated by NORTHCOM, the branch of “homeland defense” based in Colorado and responsible for shutting down the United States under martial law, as well as ushering in the merger of the US, Canada, and Mexico via the SPP.

Meanwhile the J9 Directorate, formulates various terror scenarios and uses advanced computer modeling to run drills and predict human reactions; Recent articles highlight how they are using virtual environments to create and manage realistic war scenarios with millions of “people.”

Some key quotes from the article:

“He said the scenario of the experiment’s first phase starts with multinational partners and goes down to individual municipalities. It begins with a threat that originates in Europe and travels toward the United States.”

“Kersh said that as the scenario progresses, other agencies and other layers of government become involved.”

“The problem eventually arrives at the commonwealth of Virginia with that threat making it into port and then blowing up. This will cause us to work the consequence management part of the problem”

“The fusion center is in a state police headquarters and it’s collocated with Virginia’s emergency operations center.” (ed: Mount Weather)

“coordinated with DHS, possibly to coincide with one of that department’s major exercises.”

We must remember that CIA agent Philip Giraldi warned the American Conservative magazine that STRATCOM would launch a nuclear attack on Iran in the wake of a new WMD-style attack on American soil.

And the Russian media and former Russian military members continue to warn that an American and Israeli strike on Iran is imminent.

While many drills are run every month, Nobel Resolve 07, with it’s “realistic” scenarios, comes at a time of increased geopolitical tension. It is reminiscent of the drills in 2005, where a ten-kiloton nuclear weapon was “simulated” to explode in South Carolina. Some speculated that four-star Gen. Kevin Byrnes, of the Fort Meade TRADOC command, was fired due to his exposure of the drill.

We should not live in a constant state of panic and fear, or make any irresponsible predictions about Noble Resolve 07. But in the coming days, we can email this information to blogs, media outlets, friends and family. Congressmen, and others to help inoculate against any possibility that rogue “red teams” inside the drills may be activated.
